Jarrod Hamik
President
As the founder and president, Jarrod provides the strategic direction for Hamik Innovations. His deep roots in Nebraska and his experience in regional investment allow him to identify opportunities that others might overlook. His leadership is grounded in the belief that every project should add value to the local community.

Jarrod is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Harleigh and Felicity, and a loving wife, Samantha, who is also a small business owner in their hometown of Atkinson, Nebraska.
Sara Twibell
Business Manager Specialist
Sara is a vital part of the daily operations at Hamik Innovations. She ensures that the administrative and operational aspects of our various projects run smoothly. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency are what make our hassle-free project management possible.
Sara is originally from O’Neill, NE where she grew up with a large family on a dairy farm outside of town. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Family Studies and Social Work. She moved to Orchard, NE in 2011 when she married her high school sweetheart and started their family. She is a mother of four wonderful children, two girls and two boys that keep her and her husband busy and on their toes. Sara’s local professional experience includes being the Miles of Smiles coordinator at North Central District Health Department for the past 11 years.

Carol Doolittle
Business Manager Specialist
Carol brings a wealth of experience in marketing and human resources to the team. Her role is essential in maintaining the professional yet approachable brand identity of Hamik Innovations. By managing the communications and logistical needs of our expanding portfolio, Carol helps bridge the gap between our internal team and our community partners.
Carol started with Hamik Innovations in 2022 as a Business Manager Specialist. She is originally from O'Neill, NE. Graduating from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, Carol, her wonderful husband and now four sons, moved back to the area from Lincoln in 2019.
"Working for Hamik Innovations has allowed me to use a variety of skills and experiences I have gained through my professional career. I'm thankful to be working for Jarrod and the projects that he is undertaking; I appreciate the variety of skills I'm encouraged to tap into and a great work/life balance he supports."
