Hamik Innovations was established in 2016 by Jarrod Hamik of Atkinson, Nebraska. Since then, Hamik Innovations has been investing or partnering in development projects or business ventures across Nebraska, South Dakota, Arizona, and Colorado. Learn more about the Hamik Innovations team below.
Jarrod Hamik
President
Jarrod has been in the banking industry for 12 years with 7 years in a Sr. Management role. He created Hamik Innovations, LLC in 2016 to be a Real Estate and Business Investment Company that specialized in value added real estate and business reorganization.

Jarrod is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Harleigh and Felicity, and a loving wife, Samantha, who is also a small business owner in their hometown of Atkinson, Nebraska.
Holly Oligmueller
Business Manager Specialist
Holly is a mother of a beautiful daughter and wife to a great husband. She grew up on a farm outside of Westerville, NE before heading to college. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with an Early Childhood Degree. While in Kearney, she managed Hawthorne Jewelry. She moved to Atkinson several years ago to start a family.

"I love kids and am a former Preschool Teacher. I started working for Hamik Innovations part time while teaching. Loving the work I was doing, I decided to take a leap, stop teaching, and become full time for Hamik Innovations. I loved the networking I am able to do and still have time for my family."
Carol Doolittle
Business Manager Specialist
Carol started with Hamik Innovations in 2022 as a Business Manager Specialist. She is originally from O'Neill, NE. Graduating from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, Carol has a professional history in Marketing and Human Resources. Carol, her wonderful husband and now three sons, moved back to the area from Lincoln in 2019.

Sara Twibell
Business Manager Specialist
Sara is originally from O’Neill, NE where she grew up with a large family on a dairy farm outside of town. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Family Studies and Social Work. She moved to Orchard, NE in 2011 when she married her high school sweetheart and started their family. She is a mother of four wonderful children, two girls and two boys that keep her and her husband busy and on their toes. Sara’s local professional experience includes being the Miles of Smiles coordinator at North Central District Health Department for the past 11 years.
